Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 5–12 business days (standard), 2–5 business days (expedited)
- International: 10–21 business days (varies by country)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages Once an order is transferred to the carrier, Zembaba is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us at kibwork27@gmail.com and we'll do our best to assist.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
